WAR Consulting & Project Management Services, Corp. offers the following list of services during a contract period assign to a Project.
- Consulting Services
- Develop an analysis of Voice/Data Network Infrastructure
- Gather all necessary information from Network Infrastructure to be able to develop a design of the Actual Voice Network Infrastructure
- Develop a new design base on customer requirements and WARCPM recommendations
- Develop a SOW, and also a RFP, to be implemented by a specialized contractor
- Capabilities to provide Certified Telecommunications Project Manager (BICSI & Telecommunications Project Management Association), Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and BICSI RCDD’s.
- Implementation
- Work together with Customer on the develop of the contracts between Customer and any contractor
- Develop detailed Project Plan for Implementation of the Project including timelines and identification of sub-contractor resources to be able to perform the SOW developed by CUSTOMER and/or WARCPM.
- Managing of the contractors
- Review the quality and progress of the work
- Ensure timely completion
- Coordination
- A Coordinator Leader will be assign (if necessary and contracted)
- Coordination between contractors
- Support to contractors on any coordination
- Support to Contractors in any issue that could impact the delivery of the project.
- Communication
- Weekly Project Status Reports
- Project Status Summary
- Activities performed during the reporting period
- Activities planned for the next reporting period
- Project Change Control
- Will include problems, concerns and recommendations
- Change Request Status
- Issues
- Any other items of importance
- Weekly Project Status meetings with Contractors
- Review of progress against schedule
- Review open Change Requests
- Review open issues
- Review achievement against milestones
- Acceptance
- WARCPM Project Manager will develop with Contractor an Acceptance plan to be used as the Final Acceptance Criteria for the project.
- Documentation
- WARCPM will provide CUSTOMER all related documentation of the Project prior to the completion of the agreement between CUSTOMER and WARCPM. This will include,
- Meetings Minutes
- Letters
- Project Plan
- Completion Project Plan
- Acceptance
- Certifications Documents
- And any other material related to the project
